Your Community Just Got Better
At my core, I’m a lover of education, research, connection and growth and for as long as I can remember, I’ve felt this pull towards something more. I’ve had a lot of thoughts and ideas around what that meant, but it wasn’t until recently that I truly feel like I figured it out.
Over the last ten years I’ve encountered successes, challenges, illness, health, self-doubt, and the list goes on. The thing is, I think so many of us encounter those same things day in and day out, but for some reason, we all still feel alone on our journeys. At the end of 2022, I started my own personal mission to share more, listen more and connect more and the conversations and relationships that have come from that decision have truly been life-changing. My eyes have been opened, my passion has been released and, honestly, there’s just no going back.
I want more connections, more stories and more emotions. I want to learn about people that are different from me, discover new ideas and be pushed out of my comfort zone, and I want to celebrate the successes and failures of those around me. And as I thought about all of that, I thought, if I’m going to do this, why not create a community around it, so we can learn and grow together. So we can connect with each other as we talk through our fears and failures, our successes and celebrations and, most importantly, the fact that we’re all in this together and none of us really have it figured out. And with that, Just Say More was born. A podcast, a blog, and a community that reflects my soul and my passion. A community that I hope you find your place and your voice in.
I invite you to come along for the journey with me and, in doing that, I promise to always bring you real conversations that will give you strength, reassurance, confidence and grace. Let’s do this!
XO, Lauren
Discover New Ideas: Beyond the comfortable and familiar is usually where the magic happens. So much growth can come from learning about different ideas, beliefs, and concepts. I hope you take away new pieces of information shared here that will encourage you to live outside your comfort zone and find your magic.
Connect with New People: My passion revolves around connection. Connection lives because of vulnerability and open conversation and I look forward to giving you that through the discussions we share. Your community is about to get a whole lot bigger!
Unlock Your Potential: I believe unlocking your potential starts with believing in yourself and your abilities. Whatever goal you’re looking to accomplish, idea you’re hoping to bring to life or purpose you’re hoping to find, I hope this can be your starting line and the push you need to move forward.
My mission: The JSM mission is to bring stories and narratives to light. To provide a home for human connection and everything it stands for. It’s our responsibility to each other, and to future generations to preserve the power of real communication and raw emotions. When we go beyond the surface, we unlock the human in all of us and the challenges, successes and fears that connect us all together. To know better is to do better, and we must do better.
My Hope for You: I hope you find a place for yourself in the stories and resources we share and find motivation and belonging along the way. I hope you find encouragement, confidence and community. Above all, I hope you feel connected, heard and understood and that you help bring that connection and understanding to the people and places around you. It takes a village. Welcome to ours!
